Civic Innovation Labs – LABIC

The LABIC (Laboratorios de Innovación Ciudadana) are promoted by the Ibero-American General Secretariat since 2014. The LABIC are conceived as an innovation in international development cooperation, and are organized annually in different cities of the region, where 100 citizens gather to prototype projects. Already  organized are #LABICMX (Veracruz, Mexico 2014), #LABICBR (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 2015), #LABICCO (Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, 2016), #LABICXLAPAZ (Pasto, Colombia, 2018), #LABICAR (Rosario, Argentina, 2018) and #LABICCR (Liberia, Costa Rica, 2019).
